Stantec is currently seeking a Team Leader - Water (KSA) to be based in our
KSA operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Work closely with the ME region Business Unit Director and Technical Director and the KSA Country Manager to lead the technical delivery of master planning and design of wet infrastructure projects in KSA and the GCC region, and also manage the client relationships as Client Service Manager
* Lead technical aspects and contribute to commercial aspects of proposals in KSA and in the GCC region
* Contribute to business development activities in KSA and in the region
* Travel within KSA and the GCC region for business purposes, as and when needed
Title:
Water Team Leader (Master Plans)
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree (minimum) in Civil/Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
* Professional accreditation from internationally recognised organisations, e.g. ICE, CIWEM, Engineers Australia, PE or equivalent
* Minimum 15 years of experience
* English (required), Arabic (preferred)
* Experience in master planning and design of wet infrastructure, particularly water/wastewater transmission, pumping stations and distribution/collection networks
* Experience in GCC countries, particularly KSA
* Knowledge and experience with local and international guidelines/standards/codes and technical specifications for the design of wet infrastructure, particularly water/wastewater transmission, pumping station and distribution/collection networks. Local experience shall cover codes and standards of NWC, SWCC and SBC as a minimum.
* Experience in client service management
* Experience in leading multi-disciplinary technical delivery teams
* Proven report writing and presentation skills
