Housekeeping Coordinator
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for individuals who
are holding Saudi's nationality.
Job Functions and Duties:
Responsible for answering all housekeeping incoming telephone calls, managing
Hotsos and REX boards for the housekeepers, assigning arrival and stayover
rooms while ensuring maximum operating efficiency of the department by
directing all requests properly.
Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the
established standards of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and
department procedures and policies.
Dresses in issued uniforms and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at
all times.
Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to
attend work, notifies in adequate time.
Excellent at creating and updating Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets and
will receive proper training on the internal operational systems (Opera,
Hotsos/rex, Mobile App).
Receive, log and dispatch all housekeeping calls to the appropriate staff
member via follow up.
Managing all arrival rooms to minimize guest's wait time "Queue Rooms",
communicate room moves.
Follow up to ensure all guest service times are honored.
Ensure all arrival rooms are inspected by 4pm check in time.
Complete appropriate glitch reports and immediately alert supervisor for
immediate follow up--keep managers informed for follow up.
Resolve traces once completed.
Create team assignments for Room Attendants and Team Leaders.
Ensure office remains clean, organized while providing or promoting an
inviting atmosphere.
Completing monthly office supplies inventory.
Completing Minute Calculation Sheets.
Coordinates work orders, Follows up to be sure work is completed.
Scanning daily reports.
Ensure that Housekeeping Keys are properly distributed and returned daily.
Uphold maintenance and safety standards.
Communicate customer requests or preferences to management.
