For a program to deliver value, AECOM recognises that it is important that
benefits are defined, measured and actively managed. As a result, we are
currently looking for a Program Manager, Benefits to join our Global Program
Management Team, leading on some of the most complex programs globally.


Initially, the Program Manager, Benefits will be deployed on to a major high-
profile program located in Saudi Arabia.


Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of the Benefits Manager are to define program
benefits and ensure these benefits are realised. This includes the following
activities:


+ Work with the client and key stakeholders to define benefits and dis-
benefits of the program. Work with relevant AECOM subject matter experts as
and when required, such as Sustainability and CSR, to define measurable
outcomes for identified benefits.


+ Work with the client and key stakeholders to identify commitments made, for
example, funding tied to inclusion of local business or workforce, and
incorporate those into the benefits and weight them appropriately to ensure
they are factored into decisions to support achievement of commitments.


+ Incorporate benefits into program performance management system to ensure
that benefits are appropriately factored into decisions and measured in
performance


+ Use AECOM’s Commitment and Benefits Tracking tool to track and report
benefits achievement across the entire program portfolio.


+ Work closely with Change and Risk Managers and senior leaders to
incorporate benefits into decision making process when evaluating changes and
risks to the program.


+ Work with Program Communications to develop a mechanism to celebrate
progress toward and achievement of benefits and commitments.


Minimum Requirements


+ The Program Manager, Benefits will have prior experience of benefits
management on complex programs


+ Strong networking and influencing skills


+ Particularly skilled in change management


Please Note: This role is in a remote location.


Preferred Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline


+ PMP, APM or equivalent membership of a recognized professional institution
preferred


+ Membership of a Chartered Institution (MICE/ MCIOB/ MRICS) is beneficial
but not essential
