ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Support
Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a Support System Specialist you will work with a team or independently as
directed to install, maintain, and monitor integrated systems from low current
systems to network appliances. You will perform support to CCTV, Access
Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection Systems, and networked training
equipment.
Responsibilities
* Provide appropriate installation, maintenance, and monitoring of low current systems
* Provide appropriate installation, maintenance, and monitoring of network appliances
* Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and reporting system impact
* Update firmware and software based on vendor recommendations
* Optimize necessary systems as required by customer
* Perform backup operations and implement procedures to ensure data protection, disaster recovery and failover
* Maintain inventory and status of spare equipment
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
* ‎3-‎5 years of network administration or system administration experience
* Strong knowledge of Low Current Systems
* Working knowledge of Virtualization
* Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English with excellent reporting skills
* Previous experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Royal Saudi Air Force
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position ‎50%
