Audit Manager

We are currently seeking an Audit Manager, to join our Program Management team
on a historical project in the medina region.

The Audit Manager will lead and execute the quality audit process to ensure
that AECOM Quality Management System (QMS) is correctly implemented, and to
maintain its alignment to the ISO ‎9001:2015. The role includes establishing
the audit program and the relevant requirements, issuing the necessary
nonconformity and improvement actions, follow-up on actions closure and
verification for actions implementation.

Responsibilities:
+ Ensure compliance between AECOM QMS and ISO ‎9001:2015 through quality
audits to maintain AECOM’s ISO ‎9001 certification.

+ Provide leadership by enforcing the AECOM QMS policies and procedures
through the audits.

+ Provide the quality audit support to the business lines and projects.

+ Ensure quality auditing is performed as scheduled.

+ Ensure any client feedback is considered during the audit.

+ Plan and perform internal quality audits on the implementation of AECOM QMS
and produce and issue the report.

+ Where needed, plan and perform 2nd party quality audits on AECOM’s supply
chain quality management system and produce and issue the report.

+ Monitor the quality auditing performed within projects and provide auditing
guidance to project quality team where needed.

+ Monitor and asses the issued audit nonconformity (NC) report and related
root causes and identify potential trends and follow through on the timely
closure.

+ Prepare and present trend assessments from the audits and identify
potential areas for improvement within the AECOM QMS implementation.

+ Provide regular reports (as per business requirement) on the quality audit
statistics, trends and areas for improvement, such as audit status, NC and
improvement actions status, planned audits, etc.

+ Ensure that the documentation and records related to the quality audit
process is complete, accurate, properly maintained and easily retrievable.

Minimum Requirements

• ‎8 to ‎10 years’ experience within a similar role.


• Minimum ‎5 years’ experience as Lead Auditor
  Please note: This role is based in a remote location, in the Medina
  region.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Engineering Degree or a related field, incorporating quality
qualifications.

+ IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO ‎9001 (latest version)
