Lucid is seeking an experienced leader to facilitate our security operation in
the Middle East. With a network of offices, retail galleries, and
manufacturing facilities across the region, this professional will organize
services that secure people and property.

Duties

• In concert with global company practices, develop and implement a comprehensive security plan that addresses people and property for Middle East headquarters, manufacturing sites, retail galleries, and service centers


• In considering property security, include digital assets and intellectual property so that the company 's research and development activities and proprietary products and processes are secure from inappropriate release


• Evaluate potential properties the company is considering for expanded sites to provide security assessment and appropriate recommendations and considerations that influence decision making


• Assess and select appropriate security and safety resources, including third-party firms and company security personnel, as well as digital and other support tools and programs


• Coordinate the security of visiting executives and global company personnel


• Stay abreast and current with regional security threats and advise the company of relevant threats and recommended mitigation actions


• Ensure site access is controlled and secure

Education and Experience

• Bachelor 's degree or international equivalent; iMSc or MBA preferred


• ‎12+ or more years relevant experience, which includes experience in the international security arena with a major global corporation, preferably a professional services firm or similar industry, and include people management experience


• Must have Middle East experience managing corporate security programs over a diverse cultural and legal environment

Skills

• Experience managing project issues/risks, and ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical users


• Strong change management experience in a global enterprise


• Experience and a proven track record in working across cultural boundaries, within a complex matrix structured organization


• Excellent command of the English language


• Skilled in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel


• Travel up to ‎50%, primarily within the Middle East
