Job Description
Our Client: A well established Food Manufacturing business growing at a rapid
pace by continuously evolving its "thought" and "strategy" is looking for a
seasoned Chief Financial Officer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your Role: To transform and step change the ways of working. Revamp the
department, Looking at enhancing the profitability by looking at the pricing,
cost model etc. Partner with the CEO in developing the strategy and the growth
plans. Overseeing the business plan for the coming years would include keeping
a handle of the entire value chain, operations, commercial, procurement,
supply chain etc. Leading the finance function you would play a key role in
providing key support on business development, and commercial initiatives,
improving cash flows and looking at optimizations in the supply chain. You
need to carry a hardcore experience in the food processing + distribution
business, Play a pivotal role in business expansion, revenue management &
productivity. Development of the business continuity plan. Align the strategic
plans, AOP, forecasting operating budgets and capital planning process.
Identify and address performance gaps, Leveraging technology to optimize
processes. You would provide business partnership to the organization, and use
the story told by the financial data to support or challenge decision making.
you must be able to navigate complex data and analytics into actional items to
drive better and informed decision making. Prior experience in presenting to
the Board and managing investor relations would be you should have extensive
experience in food manufacturing and distribution with an in-depth
understanding of the complete value chain. Build a culture in the department
that is embedded in partnering and ensure that all departments are ably
supported to enable a proper flow of information and open dialogue between
different functions.
Must Haves:Professionally qualified accounting professional with 18+ years of
quality experience in a food manufacturing /processing organization. You
should have worked in a public listed organization and are fully versed in the
stronger technical accounting, external reporting and internal audit
required.Leading business transformation, ERP implementation, Mergers &
Acquisitions. Must be fluent in both Arabic & English. Educational
Qualification: B.A. in Accounting or equivalent, (CMA, CPA, FCA) is a plus;
