The Order Management Team Leader - KSA will manage a group of Order
Management (OM) Executives to fulfill the supply scope / order plan within set
quality standards, lead time and budget while achieving superior customer
experience and higher productivity rates. The Order Management Team Leader
will enforce efficient and simplified processes, contribute to continuous
improvement, ensure compliance with guidelines, rules & regulations, reduce
barriers, control cost, and add value to our customers.
The OM Team Team Leader - KSA will Manage international multi-disciplinary
orders within assigned cluster scope, make sure that the OM Executive will
deliver orders on hand respecting within reasonable tolerance:
* Time (to order contractual completion date)
* Cost (man hours, materials and other direct costs)
* Quality (first time right)
* Compliance (rules and regulations)
* Customer satisfaction (Satisfied repeated customer)
Essential Functions:
Within the scope of assigned cluster and under the supervision of the OM
Leader ME
:
* Forecast, manage, and lead the execution of Customers Orders as planned
* Monitor scope, time, budget during execution to meet set targets and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
* Religiously conduct order reviews, presenting recommendations to drive continuous improvement, improve customer experience, identify risks and opportunities, escalate
* Lead, manage, inspire and motivate an assigned multi-disciplinary Order Management Team of ‎3 to ‎4 OM Executives, according to Eaton Leadership Model requirements and in line with the applicable HR policy. Set up metrics for performance evaluation in coordination with OM Leader ME.
* Assign and guide the OM Executive to:
* Ensure customer requirements are understood and met
* Act as a focal point of contact for the customers ensuring their expectations are managed pro-actively and constructively through Eaton PM tool and that the customers are kept informed of the order status throughout the order life cycle.
* Ensure customers inquiries and Claims are properly addressed and in timely fashion
* Define order scope with the respective OM Executive at launch, create orders work plans and monitor execution, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Ensure a healthy and sanitized backlog for respective OM Executive team as for aged orders, accurate parameters, outstanding shipments / delivery notes…etc.
* Work closely with OM Leader ME on conflicting priorities, risks, escalations …etc. impacting delivery of committed targets.
* Manage / oversee / guide relationship between OM Executive and various stakeholders (internal / external) below:
* Commercial Team to ensure customer requirements are understood and met
* Suppliers and DC's to ensure delivery is in accordance with plans
* Finance Team on customer payment and credit issues
* GTM to ensure compliance, rules, and regulations are adhered to
* Quality and Supply Chain and Logistics organization to meet set business objectives and / or improve processes.
* Ensure timely and correct reporting to managers and parties involved (both internally and externally) in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines and ensure availability, recording and traceability of data.
* Nurtures a learning organization culture and demonstrates leadership and accountability - " Zero Accident/Victim " Mentality

Qualifications


Required:
* Bsc. of Business Management or Engineering
* Minimum ‎6 years' of relevant experience, preferably leading a team
* Order Management experience in a senior role is a must
* ETO (Engineered to Order) order management experience is preferable
* Good Coaching and Leadership skills to engage the team
* Excellent Organizational, Communication and Presentation skills
* Excellent understanding of EBS, processes, laws, rules and regulations, and QESH standards to the extent applicable.
* Ability to work in a diverse team and diverse customer base
* Ability to forecast, deliver and control Cluster Profit Plan
* Proficient in:
* Order Management Software (Primavera, MS orders, PM calculator).
* SAP
* Microsoft office and collaboration applications.
* English language (v/w).
* PMP certificate is an asset
