Job Description
Our client: A large Multinational retail franchise is looking for a Property
Acquisition Manager based either in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
Your role: A successful candidate will be able to source commercially viable
sites in the Middle East in adherence to the company and governmental
requirements. Use the available site appraisal tools to select and visit
appropriate sites, prepare reports and tracking sheets to support the
decision-making process. Additionally, the candidate must drive coordination
and collaboration between architects and landlords. Present potential sites to
a committee for approval and guide the legal process to acquisition.
Participate in property networking events to build contacts with landlords,
developers, and agents.
Must-haves: The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Real Estate
in the Middle Eastern region, including strong knowledge of the laws and
regulations of local districts and areas. They should possess a solution-
oriented mindset and negotiation skills to be able to build strong
relationships with internal and external parties. The candidate should also
take ownership of their performance and uphold the company's values.
