Job Summary
Video producers manage the production of a video by planning shoots,
organizing schedules, hiring talent and setting budgets. The video producer is
in charge of all logistics associated with video production.
To put together a cohesive plan for video production according to the goals
and objectives of brands' content and Marketing strategies established.
Map and manage the steps involved in the production process; all pre-
production, filming and editing stages of video productions and its action
plan.
Establish high-level goals including the objectives of the video, the target
audience and the core message/concept; choose a story; and lay out for
tasks/action plan.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Create, develop and manage strong video content production plan and workflow.
* To stay on top of all production stages (PRE, PRODUCTION AND POST EDITION) and deliver great content on budget and on deadline. Managing video production and coordinating the different stages and teams involved, from creative to contributors.
* Plan and schedule video content strategies.
* Budget management.
* Track analytics to measure success and ROI.
* Incorporate videos into marketing and promotion strategies efficiently.
Creating creative briefings of the projects for internal/external suppliers.
* Outline the creative idea for the content.
* Define the video's core objective and message.
* Identify the target audience.
Propose a budget and timeline for the production.
Skills required:
* A degree in film, media and communications or another relevant field.
* Experience working on film sets or as part of a production team.
* Knowledge in Art Direction, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
* Experience with basic filming equipment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
