Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all operational elements of the whole shipments and ensure operational excellence with regards to customer & couriers experience, and channels/instruments efficiency.
* Handle escalations and negotiations with Customers and couriers.
* Be a passionate advocate for all of our partners and answer any questions that come your way in a fast-moving environment.
* Enhance the data of all transporters in all assigned regions.
* Follow up the movement of the shipment till delivery to the desired destination.
* Receive and coordinate agent's requirements and schedule these needs.
* Engage with all other departments to address common needs or concerns.
Requirements:
* 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Logistics or E-commerce company.
* Experience in planning and transportation of products, ensuring that goods are delivered in a good state and on time.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and targets.
