Management
* Control and Monitor Department staff training, leaves, attendance, personal file documentation, and licensing
* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. (Office supplies)

* Prepare department future budget and review current budget utilization
* Control, process and negotiate department Job tickets continuously
* Review and analyse all external invoices

* Ensure (NasJet Maintenance) complies with flynas policies and processes, practices, and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.

Reporting and document control
Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
Assist and coaching team members in performing their duties.
Provide quarterly/ monthly/ weekly reports or as per the line manager request
on all transaction commenced on concerned period.
