Working at NTT
The NOC L ‎1 is responsible for providing first-line support and monitoring the
network and IT infrastructure of the clients. This role involves incident
detection, initial troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to higher-level
support teams. The NOC L1 plays a crucial role in maintaining system
availability and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents.
Day to day key responsibilities
* Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using network monitoring tools.
* Detect and escalate incidents, alarms, and service requests according to established procedures.
* Provide real-time analysis of incidents and initiate appropriate responses.
* Conduct initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
* Escalate incidents to higher-level support teams when necessary, providing detailed information for resolution following established procedures.
* Serve as the first point of contact for reporting technical issues.
* Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of incident status and resolution progress.
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate incident resolution.
* Respond to alerts generated by monitoring systems and take appropriate actions.
* Acknowledge and document alerts, ensuring that all necessary information is captured for escalation.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Bachelor 's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field. • Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a ‎24/‎7 shift environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Ability to multitask.
* Attention to details.
Preferred Certifications
* CompTIA Network+.
