Job Description:
3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the
spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global

megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a
leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/f/*) for MEA you will have the
opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most
innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact
by:
* Manage all regulatory activities related to the spin off project in MEA
* Meet the spin off deadlines and timelines
* Work cross functionally with all stakeholders locally and with the Design center teams to define all steps / activities / plans related to the spin off project
* Ensure full Regulatory Compliance in doing health care business in MEA.
* secure registrations, imports permission, and shipments clearence by a regulatory affairs
* Support the business team to achieve yearly business objectives
* Provide regulatory intelligence and obtain approvals for regulatory product submissions
* Perform all the regulatory activities necessary for registering 3M health care products (Medical devices and pharmaceuticals) as per the local regulations and maintain their licenses.
* Support regulatory activities for business tender participation
* Early regulatory assessment and involvement in the New Products Introduction process.
* Perform all activities related to products' quality (Vigilance, pharmacovigilance, compliant handling, recalls …)
* Collaborate with the regulatory team in the headquarters to fulfil the local regulatory requirements
* Monitor emerging changes affecting Medical devices and pharmaceutical regulations in Saudi and Gulf.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a
minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
* ‎5 years ' experience in Regulatory Affairs for Saudi, Gulf and Levant
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include:
* Pharmacy degree is preferable and add value to the job
* Excellent project management skills
* Excellent communication skills and cross functional collaboration
* Excellent organization skills
Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Travel: May include up to ‎15% [domestic/international]
