Analyst - Healthcare and Education Advisory

Scope of Services

The healthcare and education team at Knight Frank is recruiting an
enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is keen to work in consulting for
specialist sectors of healthcare and education and is available to travel. The
role will be out of KSA, more specifically Riyadh but the individual will be
part of assignments within KSA, broader GCC and Africa.

The team provides strategic consultancy services to government, semi
government entities as well as private and institutional investors.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake research for the identified services and provide meaningful market driven advice.
* Undertake feasibility and highest and best use studies, assess risk and financial feasibility.
* Liaise with sub consultants and other professionals where required to deliver results.
* Have an understanding and appreciation of macro-economics and drivers of development and expansion strategies.
* Keep abreast of key trends/developments regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion.
* Refer business leads or other potential fee earning opportunities into other parts of the Middle East and Global business.

Education / Experience (either type of experience would work)
* Business Degree
* Finance Graduate
* Healthcare Related Degree
