Assists the Dentists at the chair side and is proficient in patient
management, dental materials management, instrument and machine/equipment
handling, saliva ejection management; preparing treatment room; performing
procedures in compliance with Dental practice and according to Infection
Control Procedures, participate in Nursing Administration; Education, and
Quality improvement activities, to support the Hospital's Mission, Vision and
the development of dental Services. Supports the philosophy and objectives of
the Department of Nursing and contributes to educational efforts.
Education and Licensure:
Minimum of Diploma degree in Dental Assistant program from accredited
National/International University or College.
Professional experience:
Preferred experience in same field.
