Job Purpose
To handle the sales of SMART products and private segment in the Central
region. This handling includes all contractors working in construction,
infrastructural development, OEMs, Agents, and distributors partners.
Job Context
The role will be based in Saudi. Visits to all the customers that you are
responsible for would be required.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in
order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service
provided by LE management team and by the Sales Department.
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
* Handle all sales activities -- Includes receiving inquiries, making techno-commercial offers, negotiating deals, payments and follow up till order placement by customers and entered by sales coordinator,
* Create, develop, and identify new markets for Lucy products and services forecast in the market area, formulate, and follow dedicated and focused business plans for existing, emerging, and new markets in kingdom.
* Meet area sales financial objectives & target by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Handle & manage all OEM's accounts.( Sales, payments, new opportunity, annual targe, following all after sales calls)
* Actively identify, develop, and manage partners, agents, and distributors in the area.
* To find and develop new accounts from amongst our target companies and ensure they join our growing list of highly satisfied customers.
* Partner Management Actively develop, manage, and measure performance of existing partners, agents & distributors in the market area.
* Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and regulations.
* Focusing on all SMART Projects & tender including SEC tenders through contractors.
* Team Development -- Work with Sales team in Saudi as point of contact for reviews, updates and information for marketing related issues and concerns.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor 's Degree Electrical or mechanical Engineering,
* Experience of 10 years in sales and/or business management

* Computer literate with excellent command of spreadsheet and project planning tools
* Experience of deals with various market channels like OEM, Electrical distributors, and others.
