Today, we are recruiting for a Junior Commercial Controller to join our
team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for

What are my responsibilities?
* Support the BA community (Project Controlling, Performance Controlling & Business Accounting) in routine and monthly closing activities.
* Control cost based on budget and aligning with HQ.
* Update Mika (budget calculation file).
* Coordinate with technical lots and the SCM for PR accuracy.
* Support the project team in the preparation of documents as and when needed.
* Develop and maintain project files.
* Follow up with invoiced customers.
* Maintain customer and vendor master data on a GMDM tool.
* Oversee and direct all fixed asset transactions that record, change, or update asset records, i.e., additions, disposals, and transfers along with performing annual fixed asset inventory count.
* Assist with the filing, booking, and clearing of purchase order receipts in Spridon (SAP), as well as coordinate the release of payments with the GBS team.
* Prepare and submit all the e-forms related to manual payment, assets, etc.
* Set up bank guarantee requests in collaboration with the sales and SFS teams, in addition to their recovery from customers.
* Carry out a range of operational and project tasks in expertise as assigned by the superior.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance.
* Minimum ‎2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables), PowerPoint and SAP.
* P or other ERP knowledge; SAP (FI/CO is an Advantage).
* Experience in multinational corporations is a plus.
* Fluency in Arabic & English, both spoken & written.
