Responsible for managing and analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns
and digital presence.
1. Responsible for managing all aspects of a website, including blog posts,
guest articles, images, reviews, videos, and webpages.
2. Assists in creating of new website content or the auditing of existing
content to identify areas for improvement.
3. Develops website content to support the Hospital's goals and strategies,
as well as to ensure that the website complies with applicable laws and
regulations.
4. Evaluates the websites of competitors. Determine how to improve the user
experience on Hospital's website.
5. Suggests and implements new features, such as promotions and competitions,
to increase brand awareness.
6. Maintains current knowledge of current technologies and trends in social
media, design tools, and applications.
7. Uses web analytics software to monitor client website performance and make
recommendations for improvement.
8. Implements the approved reference guide created by the content creation
department to write and publish responses to comments on social media.
9. Monitors and report on social media, the web, and other analytics to
demonstrate the impact of digital communication strategies.
10. Follows all Hospital 's related Policies and Procedures.
Education**
Master's or Bachelor 's Degree in Media, Communications, Public
Relations,Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or other
related discipline is required
Grade 08:One (1) year of related experience is required.
Grade 09:Three (3) years of related experience including two (2) years of
(Grade 08) experience is required.
