What you 'll do:**
Job Responsibilities
* Performs duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or assistance.

* Reception
* Professional and efficient management of visitors and customers.
* Telephone calls.
* Couriers and mail - process, distribution and reports.
* General reception records for meeting rooms, Office's supply, equipment, etc.
* Updates and distribution of contact lists - Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
* Admin
* Business Cards for Personnel
- Riyadh and Khobar offices - Stationery Supplies, orders, receipting. Follow
up with Finance and Supply Chain when needed
- Events Support - Set-up meeting Rooms & other internal company events
* Apply and support in getting Saudi Exhibition and Convention Bureau license/approval for company meetings and events in hotels
* General office management support.
* Prepare business expense reports as per the company guidelines
* Security Management support
* Maintaining visitors' records, formats, visitor coordination, Documentation follow up, facility access
* EHS Support
* First Aid and EHS processes implementation.
* Facility Management Support
* Offices Maintenance issues reporting and follow up pending works with buildings managements and Middle East facilities management.

* Manage all logistics and support the team Travels, Hotel booking, Online visa application when its required.

HR Support
- Support in GOSI and MOL (Qiwa -Mudad) portals and any other portals.
* Visiting Government offices when its required.
- Supporting on providing employees data and supporting on printing and
preparing certificates such (salary certificate- employment certificate- offer
letter- contracts)
* Preparing employees reports and required documents.
* Medical insurance and claims.
* Visiting - invitation letters
* Chamber of Commerce attestations, Ministry of interior or any government offices required.
Qualifications:**
Are you?
Required:
* Minimum 3 years ' experience in administrative support role.
* Proactive, efficient and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent English and Arabic language (Reading, writing and speaking).
* Travel management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. In addition to the ability to prepare power point presentation.
* Education level - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field (IT, Business, Science, etc).
* Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Dept. as and when required
