As the Reporting Specialist on this major project, you will play a vital role
within the project controls team, ensuring the reporting for the project is of
world class quality.

Your role will include:
* Supports in establishing Programme Controls reporting requirements and formats for the project.
* Develops forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.
* Coordinates production and distribution of key weekly / monthly / quarterly reports.
* Supports in establishing and maintaining the weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting calendar.
* Manages assembly of the Monthly Project Board Reports.

Here 's What You'll Need:

Skills and experience:
* Experience using PMiS information systems.
* Experience using Power BI.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working as a Reporting Specialist within a major project environment.
* Ability to meet deadlines set by the business.
* Technical writing experience and graphic design experience a plus
* BS degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
* At least ‎5 years professional experience.
