Job Summary :
The position is required to create a next line & support function for Finance
Director for leading a lot of projects for improving the process/upgrading the
systems/keeping control on daily business operations along with streamlining
the collection & payment process as there is no Qualified Manager currently in
the Finance team to guide & train the team to adapt to new ways of working as
majority of Finance team is not having any development.
Duties & Required Skills:
* Supervising Monthly accounts closing .
* Updating Monthly Financials .
* Budgeting & Variance Analysis.
* MIS & Monthly Dashboard .
* Monthly Cash Flow .
* Review of AR/AP/Inventory.
* Approval of JV & PO in System .
* Review of daily payments/Collection.
* Co-ordinating with Auditors & Filing of VAT & other statutory Returns .
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of advanced excel and power point .
* Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics will be added advantage.
* Presentation & Communication skills.
* Experience in Retail Industry
* Teamwork (The role highly depends on ability to continue harmony in team to achieve objectives)
