    Job Description: The 3D Modeling & Rendering position in Riyadh, Saudi
    Arabia, is a vital role in the engineering and architecture industry,
    specializing in creating realistic and visually appealing 3D models and
    renderings. The job description includes the following responsibilities: 3D
    Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs,
    engineering structures, or mechanical components using specialized software
    and tools. Texturing and Lighting: Apply textures and materials to 3D models
    to achieve realistic visual effects. Set up lighting for virtual environments
    to enhance the overall visual quality. Rendering: Generate high-quality 3D
    renderings by utilizing rendering software and techniques to produce realistic
    images or animations of the 3D models. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the 3D
    models and renderings meet the required standards of accuracy, aesthetics, and
    client specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers,
    and designers to understand project requirements and provide 3D visualization
    solutions accordingly. Design Modifications: Incorporate design modifications
    or revisions into the 3D models and renderings as per client feedback or
    project changes. Animation (optional): Create animated sequences or
    walkthroughs to showcase architectural designs or mechanical processes, if
    required. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously,
    ensuring timely delivery of 3D models and renderings within project deadlines.
    Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling and
    rendering software, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and output
    quality. Documentation and Presentation: Prepare documentation, presentations,
    and visual aids to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
    Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in 3D
    modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit,
    Rhino, V-Ray, etc.). Solid understanding of architectural and engineering
    concepts and terminology. Excellent artistic and creative skills with
    attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome technical
    challenges in 3D modeling and rendering. Strong communication and
    collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering projects is preferred.
    Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines. Familiarity
    with architectural and engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of
    lighting, materials, and texturing techniques in 3D rendering. Proficiency in
    post-processing software for enhancing rendered images (e.g., Photoshop).
