Jacobs is supporting a government organisation to help modernize and develop
its communications network and part of this strategy is the implementation &
upgrade of the Nationwide Fibre Network. This includes the design,
installation supervision & commissioning of fibre optic projects across
multiple locations (Central, East and West) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

CYBERSECURITY MANAGER
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to develop the cybersecurity strategy
(including its execution), the planning of service portfolio, and manage the
development of cybersecurity policies / standards / frameworks.
CYBERSECURITY AUDITOR
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to design, perform and manage
cybersecurity audits to assess an organisation 's compliance with applicable
requirements, policies standards and controls.
CYBERSECURITY COMPLIANCE MANAGER
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to monitor cybersecurity compliance
across the organisation, including interfacing with internal and external
auditors and compliance teams ensuring organisational policies and standard
are effectively implemented and managed.
CYBERSECURITY RISK MANAGER
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to manage cybersecurity risks including
identification, assessment, prioritisation, mitigation, or escalation.
CYBERSECURITY CONTROLS
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to analyse / audit cybersecurity
controls and assess their effectiveness.
CYBERSECURITY ARCHITECT
The Job Holder is primarily responsible for advising, assisting, and where
necessary deputising for the customer to design and oversee the development,
implementation, and configuration of cybersecurity systems and networks.
* ‎7 years' experience in preferred Cybersecurity role.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Communications & Electrical Engineering, Information System Management, Information Technology or relevant degree.
* Preferable certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, SSCP, CAP, CompTIA S+, CISM, CISSP, CASP+, GSLC.
