transportation company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company was
established in ‎2007, and since then they have achieved solid growth in the
region with multiple offices in Saudi Arabia and a subsidiary office in Dubai,
UAE. The company is a regional leader in providing high-quality travel and
transportation management services to executive corporate clients in GCC, the
Middle East, and Europe. They incorporate comprehensive travel and
transportation services by providing their clients with a one-stop hub for all
their business needs. Now they are looking to hire a Travel and Tourism
Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities: • Lead on
the implementation of travel offers Packages (Inbound & Outbound), from
setting plans/understanding seasonality/travel dates/setting prices/etc. to
Integrating all deals/offers/packages into the website • Lead on a day to day
operations for all clients related to travel/tourism • Lead across all new
business pitches from the strategic pricing planning front reflected in new
client wins and volume growth • Helped retain and grow existing clients by
demonstrating deep commitment and understanding of their business while
working in partnership to build their brands • Manage a group of regional and
local clients whether they are corporate or regular customers • Bring new
customers to the company including long-term contracts • Maintaining positive
relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and
airlines. • Managing and processing all travel-related documentation,
including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms. • Assisting
with any travel-related issues that may arise. • Research travel deals and
evaluate prices and services. • Arranging travel accommodations for business
visitors.

Requirements
Job Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, hospitality,
or related fields • Knowledge of travel management processes. • The ability to
build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel
(existing relationships may be advantageous). • Excellent attention to detail
and organizational skills. • Good communication, customer service, and
interpersonal skills. • A basic understanding of Geography. • Strong computer
skills.
