PMO Administrator (PMC) Airport

We are looking forward to an experienced PMO Administrator to work on site for
an Airport project (PMC). The successful candidate will have at least ‎15
years' experience and have worked on large airport projects as well as other
complex infrastructure and Buildings projects.
* Coordinate with the Client PMO on all reports and dashboard updates related to meeting updates.
* Assist the Client PMO in setting roles and responsibilities, planning, and reporting processes for all different functions related to the local PMO office.
* Develop a PMO Progress Update Dashboard for the client and Stakeholders, capturing business streams/tasks/activities, risks, issues, delays, mitigation plans, and capital deployment and expenditure progress (planned and actual).
* Create templates and introduce systems to enhance project management efficiency.
* Oversee project financials, schedules, and resources.
* Offer guidance and assistance to project managers in order to strengthen their skills and competencies.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine project necessities, goals, and outcomes.
* Report project progress and updates to top-level executives.
* Examine project performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and provide findings to senior management.
* Assess current project(s) status versus the execution plan, report deviations, and prepare Management Reports accordingly.
* Support the implementation of the Project Management System, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
* Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs and proposals, as well as managing contractual arrangements of consultants and contractors.
