Project Management Officer (PMO)

Introduction
In this role, you 'll work in one of our IBM Innovation Hub team in Saudi
Arabia, where we deliver innovative technical and industry expertise to oil
and gas clients in Saudi Arabia in its initial phases, followed by a wide
range of public and private sector clients. Our Innovation Hub offer our
clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and
adoption of new technology. You'll work with visionaries to improve the hybrid
cloud and AI journey, sustainability, supply chain and cyber security.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Management Officer ( PMO ) you will be performing Chief of Staff
and Project Management related tasks;
* Generate/consolidate reports.
* Organize meetings.
* Orchestrate the innovation hub activities.
* Generate/update presentations.
* Maintain documentation up to date and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for any audits
* Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
* Assist the Project Managers of the different Innovation Hub pillars.
* Provide support to the new joiners for workstation configurations and access management
* Provide guidance and support to the team whenever needed
* Manage various levels of access for IBM-ers and non IBM-ers when needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Proven project / program management skills
* Excellent Finance/Operations experience
* Strong Analytical mindset & business acumen
* Proven experience working with senior Executives
* Effective communicator with IBMers
* Advanced Excel reporting and PowerPoint skills
* Self driven with a strategic mindset to work in a dynamic environment
* Highly structured individual with meticulous organizational skills
* Understanding the innovation hub business strategy and focus on profit

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Previous experience on a similar role
