The Associate HR Specialist acts as the first point of contact for HR Admin
and routine inquiries for the KSA Team. This role will be a 1 year contract
Main Responsibilities: - Handling and supporting HR Administration tasks
including Preparing of letters (NOC, salary certificate, invitation letters),
Bank verification, Preparing HR communications. Supporting in wellness
activities: Planning activity calendar, focusing on 6 pillars of wellbeing,
coordinating with vendors in conducting activities - Maintain manual and
electronic employee files, including archiving. - Supporting in Onboarding
(preparing on boarding plan, arranging new hire kit, booking probation review
calendar) and Offboarding (coordinating with different department to ensure
all dues are clear by employee) of employees across KSA - Assist in organizing
Diversity and Inclusion events and managing KSA posts on company internal
portals like Yammer - Prepare and assist in Presentations on different HR
topics - Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee
benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Requirements: Bachelor or Master's Degree in BA , HR or Economics combined
with a 1st experience in human resources or related type of role Strong
personal organization, time management and ability to work on multiple
priorities Knowledge KSA Labor law an asset Arabic language fluency is
mandatory
