Where are we coming from and where are we going?
Zid has had a tremendous grow over the last 5 years. From 5 people to 300+
people at present and counting. Our revenues have been increasing more than 3
times year on year and we have had a great success. We know that huge growth
brings a few complications and challenges to our technology and we, in
engineering, are aware of them and we are looking to solve those. We are an
e-commerce SaaS platform, a fintech startup, a logistics and shipping
consolidator and we understand and believe that technology and business go
hand-in-hand.

Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and training to new merchants and educating them about Zid
's Platform.
* Manage the onboarding process from start of merchant's joining until launching.
* Understand he needs of merchants, adapt the onboarding accordingly, and deal with their inquiries professionally.
* Follow up with merchants through emails, calls, instant messaging, and other communication tools.
* Dealing with internal systems for managing work, merchants'
* requests, tracking progress, and following tasks.
* Cooperating with the concerned departments for the success of onboarding.
* Ensure that merchants receive excellent service.
* Participation in the development of services and building policies and procedures.
* Preparing and generating the necessary reports for performance and future improvement.
المؤهلات
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering / Information Systems / E-Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent studies and experience.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* Knowledge of e-commerce and SaaS.
* A good researcher in the field.
* Computer and Internet skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
* Ability to learn new skills.
* Desirable Experiences:
* Previous experience in a similar environment.
* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or onboarding services
