The Product Clinical Specialist for Surgery will be focused on customer
centricity and this is the priority for this job. The employee responsibility
will serve different categories of surgery modality customers including
commercial, marketing, clinical support, sales demoing, and trainings. The job
is designed to contribute to the Saudi market.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Work on increasing orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national "show sites" and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications.
* Initiate, create and lead the pre-sales demo sessions professionally inside and outside operating theaters, while also providing training.
* Respond to customer requests including but not limited to training requests (post sales), remote support and marketing presentations/trainings.
* Increase the awareness about GE HealthCare surgery portfolio, clinical strength through professional marketing campaigns, activities, and roadshows.
* Enhance surgery visibility in the region via customer direct and indirect approach through account managers, biomedical, field engineers and service colleagues.
* Acts as a business owner and cooperate with all company divisions stakeholders to ensure accurate follow up and precise execution plans.
* Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy or plan.
* Able to consult customers clinically and position products efficiently.
* Awareness of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market..
* Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
* Travel up to 60% of the time
Required Qualifications
* This role requires at least 2 years of experience in Advanced Clinical Sales
* Bachelor 's degree in STEM from an accredited university (Radiology background is preferred)
* Has sufficient clinical experience (at least 2 years) multiple C-Arms and led previous successful demo sessions.
* Has acceptable experience in Saudi market and surgery modality customers specifically.
