- Responding to all inquiries from customers and making suitable
recommendations.
- Providing detailed information about the restaurant's food and beverage
menus.
- Collecting the bill after the customer has finished dining.
- Promptly responding to customer requests.
- Adhering to wearing the official work uniform.
- Setting up tables by arranging napkins, utensils, cups, spoons, and more.
- Checking the cleanliness of dishes and utensils and reporting any issues.
- Cleaning tables and carrying dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Reviewing daily specials or menu changes with restaurant staff.
- Adhering to workplace safety and health standards.
- Handing over payments to the designated employee immediately upon
collection from the customer.
- Making recommendations for appetizers, salads, drinks, and more.
- Being attentive to all guest needs in the restaurant.
