Currently, we are seeking for Training Applications & End User Support
Specialist. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the
Country Business Process, System & Training process to deliver and
continuously improve business process requirements, business process
framework, business solution design, business process & system change
management and system training design and support. Also to provide system
expertise and knowledge to DGF core applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Training and Support for all core operational systems and customer facing
applications (Onsite and Via WebEx).
* Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities.
* Review and distribute User Releases/Helpful hints and training manuals to Super / End users where necessary.
* Drive cross functional alignment on country training needs (HR/FiCO/Products).
* Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with Regional BPST manager.
* Define and provide training courses to provide targeted, process-oriented training programs.
People Management:
*
Develop a culture of quality, service excellence and continuous improvement.
* Ensure appropriate talent knowledge maintenance organization and improvement.
* Contribute to a team spirit of effectiveness in the team.
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
*
1-3 years experience required within DHL Global Forwarding
* 1-2 years experience as a country BPO team member
* 4 years experience of Training management
* Good Knowledge of Local reality
* Exposure and knowledge of the Global DGF entity
* Bachelor Degree or Higher in Information management or general management
