Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
Discuss shift activities with Shift Manager, all matters from LRF section.
Ensuring heat chemistry and temperature according to grade specifications in shift.
Furnace production & co-ordination with maintenance department.
Responsible to move the prepared ladle to EAF as per requirement
Prepare heat as per given chemistry & schedule and send to CCM for casting.
Responsible to train the people who are working during the shift.
Ensure good Housekeeping and quality.
All data sheets, study sheets are filled properly.
Reporting for the shift performance in level 3.
Should be informed concern authorities for any abnormalities during shift.
