Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:



  • To perform daily truck check before and after operations

  • To load goods as assigned by dispatcher or foreman

  • To report truck abnormality to dispatcher or foreman and send to workshop for repair

  • To send truck for preventive maintenance as per schedule

  • To check that tools and material covering are always available with the truck

  • To ensure that load is secured and protected before leaving the area.

  • To ensure that truck is locked and in a safe area after duty

  • To observer proper road courtesy as per government rules and regulations

  • To perform other duties as may be assigned.


Other Responsibilities:



  • To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.

  • To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.

  • To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.

  • To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.

  • To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.

  • To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.

  • To attend safety trainings planned for them.

  • Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work
