This is an opportunity to work for a B2B industry titan who are looking to
expand their function. The role requires someone with 3+ years of experience
within the accounts receivable function in a multinational environment. Due
to Saudization policies, this position is only open to Saudi Nationals
Responsibilities :
* Manage the collections portfolio and review accounts receivables to accomplish minimal days outstanding on all payments and improve company cash flow
* Prepare credit memos, vouchers, invoices, statements, and collection letters
* Manage collection activities, including negotiating and processing follow-up actions for overdue payments
* Prepare reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making
* Supervise and train a team of junior AR accountants by setting weekly KPIs and tracking their progress
* Business partner with different department units to develop annual budgets, expenses, and forecasts
* Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
* 3+ years of experience within the Accounts Receivable function
* Experience working within a multinational environment
* Must have experience managing a team
* Excellent communication skills
