Job Description
* Responsible to follow with qc inspector to execute the inspection plan of products
* Check the product conformance in accordance with specifications
* Preparation of Certification package of order acceptance product.
* Responsible to perform the calibration and manage external calibration system.
* assisting work to department manager
* Responsible to clear MRIR (Material Receipt and Inspection Report) by reviewing the Material test certificates against standard requirements.
* Liaison with third party welding inspector for conduct Welder Qualification as per WPS
* Responsible to review the receiving inspection report for customer supplied product.
* Follow OHS control measures identified in risk assessment sheets
* Follow OHS rules and regulations
* Report any incidents near miss to supervisor
* Ensure appropriate involvement of dept employees, contractors in incident investigations
