construction business growth for the Middle East region by Supervising
installation, assembles, fabrications and Maintenance as well as coaching
technicians, resolving issues. We specializes in providing innovative

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Perform related duties as assigned by project/site manager.


• Competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees


• Good knowledge about relevant work procedure (equipment isolation, maintenance & repair)


• Required Engineering Drawing reading skill and understanding


• Required Capability to resolve daily site issue


• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure


• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching


• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records


• Train new employees


• Must understand basics of weld inspections


• Complete necessary Health & Safety Forms


• Adhere to Health and safety policies and procedure including use of proper protection


• Perform mechanical activity such as, Equipment isolation (Spading/De-spading),Bolt torquing, Internals, Flare tips, Burners, VRU, Oxidizer etc. installation/removal, modification and repairs at site.


• Good knowledge and uses about Tool's & equipment selection


• Good knowledge and uses about pipe flanges /Gasket & types


• Good knowledge and uses about basic welding requirements & procedure


• Good knowledge and uses about rigging activities


• Good knowledge and uses about equipment's & handling-Grinding M/c, Drilling M/c, Welding M/c


• Good knowledge and uses about material & their types


• Good knowledge and uses about mechanical Valves, piping schedule & fittings


• Knowledge about column internals, combustion and emission control equipment's in oil & gas, Power & Utility industries

The Experience You Will Bring**

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Petroleum, Chemical, Oil & Gas Industries including knowledge and familiarity of shutdown activities mainly in Column/tower Internals & combustion and emission control equipment's field.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skill and abilities are required to perform the daily task and job duties


• Computer proficiency (MS office -word, Excel and Outlook)


• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining positive attitude and providing exemplary


• Ability to work independently


• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field


• Mechanical Engineering background


• Atleast ‎5-‎8 years' work experience in particular field preferred
