Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:



  • Shifting the new arrival material from receiving area to main storage locations as per Store Supervisor or officer's guidelines along with Receipt storekeeper.

  • Make sure all the Bin boxes and materials are labeled as per guidelines and maintain good tractability and identification.

  • Make sure all materials locations are updated in SAP system time to time by coordinating with FM/SV.

  • Carry out transactional items physical stock verification time to time getting list from SV/SO as per corporate inventory management requirement.

  • Carry out high value physical count and ‎100% material physical count as on required by store supervisor or officer need to fulfill the requirement.

  • Make sure all bin boxes required to fill the materials while empty if bulk quantity kept in other location.

  • Make sure all bin cards update properly or not while doing physical count if any entry missing inform to superior to take further action.

  • Carrying out daily housekeeping in the Stores & yards (storage areas / bins / locations )

  • Material issuance against proper Issue vouchers as advised by SV/SO in the absence of Issue Store keeper.

  • Material receipts against proper documents as advised by SV/SO in the absence of receive Store keeper.

  • Assisting the superior for general office works.

  • Use all safety methods while handling the materials.

  • Any other jobs assigned by supervisor & Officer.

  • To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.

  • To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.

  • To report damaged PPE unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.

  • To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.

  • To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.

  • To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.

  • To attend safety training planned for them.

  • Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.

Carry out assigned work in safe manner and ensure smooth functioning of store
keeping.
