RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Ensure locally available material and services required for Saudi Downhole are
purchased and delivered in a timely manner. Maintain and update a list of
approved vendors supplying all required products / services. Add vendors as
necessary. Ensure vendors are registered properly as per all relevant NOV
policies. Continuously negotiate prices with vendors to reduce costs Ensure
timely closure of POs according to NOV policies Ensure adherence to HSEQMS-012
and HSEQMS-013 in addition to any applicable NOV policy.
