1- Budgeting & Forecasting.
2- Payroll.
3- Ticket Reservations.
4- End of Service Benefits.
3- Performance Management.
4- SAP Success Factor system administration.
5- HR Presentations.
6- HR & Finance Reporting.
7- New Employee’s Induction.
8- Updating Organizational Chart.
9- Updating Employee Handbook.
10. Disciplinary & Employee Concerns.
11- Handling & Filing Employee Files.
12- Mena Itech System administration.
13- Attendance system administration.
Requirments:
1- Saudi National (As per Saudi Labor Law)
2- Fluent in both languages - Arabic and English.
3- mimum 5 years of experience in HR department.
4- Bachelor degree in HR or any administration major.
