Operator Indiction Furnace will perform the following duties and
responsibilities in Induction Furnace Section of Steel Making Plant
Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
* Getting the proper feedback from the reliever.
* Responsible to inform/meet Foreman at start of shift.
* Check everything on floor after relieving.
* Responsible to operate charging car on floor safely.
* Responsible to operate (50 tons) crane safely.
* Check (50 tons) crane remote is in working condition if found any problem inform foreman.
* Responsible every time launder should be in the range of crane.
* Close coordination with each other.
* Responsible and ensure all PPE's should be wear.
* Responsible for taking sample and temperature recording.
* Responsible to follow all instruction provided by the foreman.
* Responsible for good housekeeping in IF peripheral areas.
* Informed foreman if found any abnormality or unsafe condition in shift.
Other Responsibilities:
