* Plan and coordinate the deliveries of export and import shipments
* Closely communicate with customers, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient planning and execution
* Analize transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Stay up-to-date on export/import regulations and trends
* Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues to provide customer experience
* Reporting daily status to customer and internally
* Ensuring KPIs are met and timely/accurate system updates
* Implementation of transport related digital platforms
