Job title: Service Supervisor I
Job description:
The new hire's primary responsibility includes and is not limited to PCS
service oriented such as:
* Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules.
* Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers.
* Visits clients as required to review operations. Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope.
* Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in country invoices. Checks that all field documentation are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
* Acts as a mentor to Service Technicians to foster development. Reviews personnel compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
