Scope and Purpose:



  • The HR Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department and administrative tasks related to MBCC.

  • The purpose of this position is to ensure that all HR-related and MBCC support functions are carried out efficiently and effectively, and to provide outstanding customer service to employees, assist with a variety of HR and Admin related tasks.


Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and processing new-hire paperwork.

  • Process administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues, such as company policies, benefits, and performance management.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Assist with employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations, as needed.

  • Enhance processes and provide ideas to streamlines the HR & Admin processes.

  • Provide reports related to HR and admin in weekly/monthly/quarterly.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the GDSACT, MBCC, and HR Business Partner.


Job Requirements:



  • Degree from a recognized University.

  • ‎3 years of experience in HR administrative role.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Knowledge of HR & Saudi - related laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
