Interwell is looking for 10 Field Technicians Well Intervention to join our
team in KSA and be part of our exciting growth journey.
The role will be responsible to carry out field operations (onshore and
offshore) and support workshop activities when required between field
operations and demand. The role will have full empowerment to take time out
for quality and stop any unsafe act during any well operations and workshop
activities.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Flawless Service Quality delivery throughout entire job execution; end-to-end incl. NCRs
* Responsible to adhere to latest revision of any relevant policy, procedures and client guidelines
* Responsible and accountable to register Journey Management before any travel to/from given destination
* Responsible to meet with Company Rep on site upon arrival, check all tools vs. WO/DRSS/PO
* Responsible to review and discuss relevant operational contingencies with Company Rep and document
* Responsible to review and demonstrate understanding of overall wellbore hydraulics vs. planned job
* Conduct operation using only approved and relevant procedures and guidelines
* Communicate daily with Operations Supervisors regarding ongoing operations
* Accountable to document all operational events at wellsite incl. HSE events, and risk analysis, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, H2S etc
* Backload of equipment shall be separated on pallets or designated area in IW Workshop and tagged accordingly for traceability and IFS maintenance records (ISO/API requirements)
* Accountable to complete Field Doc Package with all relevant tool and wellbore data and information for each job including Company Rep signatures, and complete Run Records in IFS once job is completed
* Responsible to keep field truck/pick-up clean and tidy including full fuel tank upon return to base
* Field TSs shall resume at workshop at 07:00 or after necessary rest period unless mobilized to new job in field

To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Minimum 5 years' relevant field experience within Slick-line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing / Completion including profound hydraulic understanding
* Validated Certification from approved school / college stating final educational level
* Valid Driving licence
* BOSIET/ FOET / TBOSIET (as required for specific operation)
* MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
* Good command of MS Word, Excel, etc
* Interwell work language is English
* Flexible for short notice travels during the off schedule depending on activity level
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and problem-solving.
