Summary of role
We are looking for a dynamic, Social Media driven Executive to attract and
interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. The role demands
creativity, and high knowledge of different social media platforms to achieve
superior customer engagement through creative content.
Responsibilities
* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform and audience identification
* Generate, edit, publish and share daily content.
* Creating (Reels, images, video, or original text) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
* Collaborate with other departments to manage and coordinate daily tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
* BS in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
* Proven experience in a similar role for 1 year at least
* Fluent English speaker
* Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text),
* Proficient in Hootsuite and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organization and planning skills.
* Presentation and communication skills
* Customer-oriented, naturally sociable, friendly, and approachable personality.
* Passionate learner of trending marketing channels and technologies
