About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Intern to assist in the Talent Acquisition
process, by collecting CV's and sourcing for different positions in Dammam. If
you are self-directed and passionate about choosing talents and building
relationships we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
* Source and attract candidates by using different Job boards, databases, social media, etc.
* Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
* Assist with scheduling interviews.
* Research best practices in the recruitment process and introduce changes.
* Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
* Assist with providing analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
* Assist the team with other tasks related to Talent operations
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
* Flexible to work with Tamheer for a 3 months Internship
* Excellent Research and sourcing skills.
* Exceptional attention to details
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organization/prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
