* Provides website officer services by drafting correspondence; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics; establishing and maintaining files and records; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
