Maintenance Planner &Project lead - Malt

Functional Responsibilities:

• Respect safety requirements in individual and group work


• Regularly controls work in his department to ensure safety regulations are properly applied (High risk tasks, compliance with LOTO and permit to work procedure)


• Plan and prepare all maintenance tasks


• Integrate AM and PM activities in a stop day planning


• Identification, preparation, reservation and procurement of materials and services needed for execution of maintenance


• Plans & prepares WO's (scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools).


• Prepare, update and evaluate a ‎3-months maintenance plan


• Set up and maintain a planning board for maintenance activities


• Support in the creation and optimization of maintenance plans


• Update Maintenance Engineers on job order status
  Knowledge and Experience:


• ‎3 - ‎5 years of relevant experience


• Good command of English


• MS Office
