Sea Freight Operations Team Member (Alex)

Job Description:

• Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process


• Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails


• Make daily updates using excel reports to customer


• Using aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments


• Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices


• Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts

Job Requirements:
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Fluent English
* Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
* Details oriented
* Microsoft office (Excel ) highly needed
* Bachelor's degree or equivelent
